Milk vs White Junk Food

I thought this an interesting article about milk. Since I live in a moderately health ignorant state, the information on raw milk isn't particularly helpfull; but the information on why the milk we buy at the store is less than desirable I find it very informative. A little sidelight - 2% milk, what is it? That means the liquid, by weight is 2% fat. A little marketing slight of hand. What is it in understandable terms?

Whole Milk ~ 51% of the calories are fat. 2% Milk ~ 38% of the calories are fat.
